We aim to bring the high performing qualities of SIPs into the mainstream Australian residential market by building all of our homes with the Panelex system, increasing the quality of the building fabric of the home
Our homes are fully electric to save cost upfront in the installation, offering huge potential savings in the long term with the implementation of solar panels. High quality electrical and plumbing fixtures with sleek electric appliances add to the sustainability of the home, as our standard specification has been created to provide exceptional quality whilst maintaining affordability, to ensure the home is built to last.
We provide a range of selections and upgrades to ensure the house is built to your preferred style. The selection of sanitaryware, cabinetry colours, flooring and accessories is what ties the home together and makes it your own. We can work with an inspired colour scheme to make it work in your home, or if you’re not sure what style to go with we work with you to choose a colour scheme that speaks to you.
Whilst the Panelex system offers a high performing building envelope with thermal and acoustic benefits, an added benefit is that the nature of the insulated panels means modern skillion roof or boxed parapet frontages are easily integrated into the structure of the home. The easy application of weatherboard cladding or upgraded feature cladding also adds a level of style and quality to the exterior as a result of the Panelex system.

This is where it becomes official… When you’re happy with your design, the selections and the inclusions in your build contract, we’ll sign the contract then send everything to the bank to obtain finance approval and settle on the purchase of your land. Once the land is officially yours, we can start the process of building your home.
