THE COMPLETE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH

What does it cost?

  • We offer a free custom design proposal for land you have purchased

Planning

  • Once you’re happy with your design and details of your build quote, we will provide you with a PPA (Preparation of Plans Agreement). This is where we begin the detailed design so you can see your home come to life, you will finalise all the selection items and we will prepare the final build contract. We will make sure you know exactly what’s included and what the final product will be, only moving forward when you are confident to do so.

  • Finalising the selections and inclusions to the build contract
  • Providing you with the drawings, project schedule & build contract

What does it cost?

  • The PPA (Preparation of Plans Agreement) is a deposit of $5000

Contract

This is where it becomes official… When you’re happy with your design, the selections and the inclusions in your build contract, we’ll sign the contract then send everything to the bank to obtain finance approval and settle on the purchase of your land. Once the land is officially yours, we can start the process of building your home. 

Key Steps

  • Review if all drawings, project specification schedule and contract
  • Signing the contract and sending off to the bank for finance approval
  • Settling the purchase of your land and becoming an official land owner
  • We begin the process to obtain a building permit to start construction

What does it cost?

  • No deposit is required and all costs are included in your finance

Build

With everything organised and land settled, we can work towards obtaining a building permit and getting all necessary approvals. Once the building permit is achieved, the next step is to prepare the site for the slab, then installation of the structure to lockup stage, installation of services like plumbing and electrical, then finally all the finishing items before handing the home over to you. We aim to move through all stages of construction with efficiency without compromising on quality to ensure you get into your new home as soon as possible.
